Hey, I’m Moses M.! I started LiveLife.ke because I believe financial freedom and personal growth should be accessible, relatable, and deeply Kenyan. This isn’t just a passion project—it’s my way of turning over a decade of finance experience and real-world hustle into actionable strategies for you.
I’m a digital companion for professionals, entrepreneurs, and families seeking clarity, confidence, and control over their money and mindset right here in Kenya. I’m a Kenyan writer, digital entrepreneur, husband, and father of three. I blend technical expertise with lived experience to create content that’s both practical and personal.
I don’t write from a corporate tower—I write from the frontlines of Kenyan life. My advice is grounded, actionable, and always infused with the heart and grit it takes to build a stable legacy.

My background is the foundation of every single post you read here:
- Academic: I hold a BCOM from Egerton and an MBA from UoN, alongside my level 1 CPA.
- Professional: I have over 10 years in finance and leadership roles, including time as a Relationship Officer at a local Bank and as a Kiva Coordinator/Accounts Assistant in microfinance. I served the unbanked and banked equally.
- Real-World Hustle: I know the grind. I’ve successfully been sales roles which was seperate from the my finance earlier in my career, sold IT hardware and software, and even won a case after being unceremoniously fired from an Asian-owned firm. I’ve made some mistakes, and I share them so you don’t have to!
- My Field Research: My most unique credential? I drive a taxi along busy Nairobi streets on weekdays. This daily hustle gives me unparalleled, raw data on the true cost of living, local market dynamics, and the specific financial realities facing Kenyans today. I speak to alot of people everyday, sometimes I am quiet learning from their phone calls.
